To make sure your laptop is prepared for your classes, please check and install updates for your key apps and operating system.
Keeping DigiExam updated ensures you won't run into any compatibility issues when in-class assessments begin.
1. Launch DigiExam: Open the DigiExam app on your computer.
2. Follow Prompts: If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to download and install it.
3. Alternate Download: Alternatively, you can download the latest version directly from DigiExam's official website.
Most of our school resources and web-based tools run best on the latest version of Chrome.
1. Launch Chrome: Open Google Chrome.
2. Open Menu: Click the three dots (⋮ on Windows, ⋯ on Mac) in the top-right corner of the window.
3. Select Options: Hover over Help and click About Google Chrome.
4. Auto-Check for Updates: Chrome will automatically check for updates and download them.
5. Relaunch: Once the download is complete, click Relaunch to apply the update.
An updated OS ensures your device stays secure and runs smoothly. Please plug your laptop into a power source before starting these updates.
For Mac Users (macOS):
1. Click the Apple Menu () in the top-left corner of your screen.
2. Select System Settings (or System Preferences on older versions).
3. Click General on the left menu, then select Software Update.
4. If an update is available, click Update Now or Upgrade Now and follow the prompts to restart.
For Windows Users:
1. Press the Windows Key or click the Start button.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Click on Windows Update (or Update & Security).
4. Click Check for updates.
5. Install any pending updates and restart your computer when prompted.
